About Me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years of education, training, and clinical experience in the mental health field. I have offices in Pleasanton and Redwood City where I provide therapy to adults in the Bay Area.
I received my doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) from Rutgers University -- Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology in New Jersey. I have trained and worked in a variety of settings including school and university based treatment centers, large and small mental health clinics, residential treatment programs and community-based care settings.
While at Rutgers University, I co-founded and developed a group psychotherapy treatment program (Group Psychotherapy Services) offering low-cost group psychotherapy to both college students and to the greater New Jersey community. I have been facilitating psychotherapy groups since 2005.
I consider myself to be an integrative therapist, meaning that I can pull from a wide variety of therapeutic disciplines to help meet my patients where they are. We work together to establish a trusting and supportive relationship that offers patients the best opportunity to get better.
